Site Contact Phone * (###) ### #### The Following Steps have already been completed and ready for install: * Counter where the unit will be placed has been completed and is ready to receive the unit. All construction that might produce dust has been completed Plumber has provided cold water supply with a shut off valve that terminates to a 3/8" male compression fitting. Electrician has installed the correct outlet as provided by the manufacturer or Full Pull Service. There is a drain within 5 feet of where the machine will sit. If there is not, a plumber has run a drain of at least 3/4" diameter at grade to the drain, that terminates below where the unit will sit, with a flare '"cup": of at least 1.5" for the drain hose to be placed into. If cords or hoses will need to travel through a counter top, the hole(s) have already been drilled as per manufacturer or Full Pull Service Instruction. Electrician has installed appropriate 110v wall receptacle for operating grinders and other retail devices List ALL equipment being installed, including grinders, with Make, Model, and Serial Number. * Please identify any equipment that is in "used" condition. What water filtration system is being installed, and will it be provided by the client or obtained by Full Pull Service in advance of the installation? * Most espresso machine manufacturers require water filtration for warranty coverage, and to protect client investment long term.
